Member Hours: 6:00am - 10:00pm, everyday

Membership pricing varies by type, starting with the Balance Membership from $22/month. We offer a variety of plans to suit your specific needs, including Hot Desks, Private Desks, and more.

Do you offer mailbox service?

Yes, OneSpace offers monthly mailbox service. See the app for pricing.

Do you offer lockers / storage?

Yes! OneSpace offers both locker storage and mail service. 

Locker pricing ranges from $10-$20/mo. depending on size and availability. See the app for options.

What’s expected when using shared spaces?

Members are expected to:

• Clean up after themselves

• Reset desks and rooms for the next person

• Respect shared amenities and community guidelines

Our coworking spaces are professionally cleaned on a regular schedule.

What amenities are included?

Members enjoy high-speed internet, free coffee & snacks, printing, pet-friendly spaces, extended hours (6 am-10 pm), and more.

Where can I find membership terms and policies?

All Membership and Lease Terms & Conditions are available in the Vessel Designs app.

Can I extend my booking?

Yes. You can extend your booking in the app while your session is active, subject to availability.
If you need help, message Admin through the app.

Can I bring clients or guests?

Yes, you are responsible for their entry and conduct while they’re in the space. 

We ask members not to share their entry code with clients. Vessel Designs does not assume legal responsibility for your clients.

What are the expectations for shared spaces?

Shared spaces are enjoyed by all members. Please:

• Be mindful of noise levels

• Clean up after yourself

• Reset your desk or room after use

• Return borrowed supplies

• Take all personal belongings with you when you leave

Is childcare available at all locations?

The Children’s Atelier is located at our OneSpace location. This is a childminding service available to members while they cowork.
Childminding is booked and priced separately from coworking.

What happens if all desks or rooms are booked?

If availability is limited, we recommend:

• Booking in advance through the app

• Adjusting your booking time or date

• Checking availability at our sister location by switching your app location.

Are pets allowed at all locations?

Yes! All Vessel Designs locations are dog-friendly. Please see our pet code of conduct on the Vessel Designs App for more information.

What about confidentiality in shared spaces?

Due to the nature of coworking, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in shared areas. For private meetings, we recommend booking a meeting room or micro office. Please avoid entering confidential details in booking titles, as the calendar is visible to members.

Do I need insurance?

Members and leaseholders are responsible for insuring their personal property and business activities. Certain memberships or leases require liability insurance naming Vessel Designs as an additional insured with a minimum of $2M coverage.
